Fundraising as an Amazon Associate
The Parker Essential Fund has signed up to be an Amazon Associate, which will
allow us to raise funds through the on-line shopping of the Parker community
(including parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins!). The Parker
school is in no way endorsing Amazon.com, but hoping that this association
will prove to be a useful fundraising tool.
The Amazon Associate program works in the following way:
- When connected to the Internet, visit the Parker
School web site (http://www.parker.org), and
then click on the PEF link
- Click on any Amazon images
on this page to visit the Amazon on-line store.

Select items to purchase, complete the order and shipping forms, and confirm
your details.
It's that easy!
A small percentage (typically 5%, to a maximum of $10
per item) of any qualifying purchases(*) you make during that visit to Amazon
will be sent to the PEF by Amazon. There is no extra charge on your
Amazon order - you pay the same prices as any other visitor.
There are no limits on how many times you may visit
Amazon and order products from them using this link. Nor is it limited
to the holiday shopping season...this will be an ongoing PEF fundraising
project. There are some technical limits, so that you cannot use a Palm
Pilot or Internet capable cell phone, even if it can read web pages.
Standard Macs or PC's are fine.
Remember: Visit Parker and click on our Amazon links
before you buy anything!
(*) From the Amazon Associates agreement: "Products
listed in our catalog or in search results as "out of print" or
"hard to find" are not eligible for any referral fees. Gift
certificates are not eligible to earn referral fees." See the
"Join Associates" link at the bottom of Amazon's home page for full
program details, if interested.
